The Adtemp™ 427 Conductive Thermometer is the perfect thermometer to use in clinics, hospitals and in a physician's office. It is an incredibly convenient and simple to use thermometer that is non-invasive and fantastic for pediatric use. It also is safer than other thermometers because it reduces cross contamination. Simply touch the thermometer to the patient's temple and it will reach the accurate temperature in about 6 seconds. It features a large LCD display for easy readings and has options for Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature scales.

The Adtemp™ Conductive Thermometer uses two "AAA" batteries, which are included in the package and last for about 1,000 uses. It has a temperature range of 95° F - 107.6° F and 35° C - 42° C with an accuracy of within .2° F and .1° C. This meets the accuracy requirements of the ASTM E1112 accuracy rating for intermittent thermometers. The thermometer measures 4.7" L x 1.17" W x 1" H and weighs 1.3 oz. with the batteries. It is water proof and has a memory of the last reading. It emits a beeping tone when the correct temperature has been reached. This thermometer is latex free and comes with a two year warranty.
