The Z3 is a high-performance regulator featuring a balanced flow-thru piston design with Atomic's jet seat high flow stainless steel piston. Its exclusive high-pressure piston seal system is self-lubricating, ensuring low friction and minimal maintenance requirements.
Unlike most competitors, the Atomic jet seat system in the Z3 is designed with no sharp edges that could damage the seat over time. Instead, Atomic utilizes a conical seat and blunt end piston, resulting in superior durability and longevity. The precision-machined valve seats are made from aerospace-grade materials, making this regulator's seat system the most reliable in the industry.
The Z3 is engineered to deliver exceptional diving performance even at low tank pressures. Additionally, it is equipped with a factory-sealed first stage that provides freeze protection. This regulator is Nitrox ready for mixtures up to 40% straight out of the box, offering versatility for various diving scenarios. The first stage includes 2 high-pressure (HP) 7/16" ports and 7 low-pressure (LP) 3/8" ports, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of accessories.
